I flashed back to stock firmware which revived my modem back.... what the hell is up with this glitch???? but going back to my original backup Lineage is a pain in the ass because I have to root my device again and unlock bootloader again and then flash TWRP again just to get my lineage backup running again... too much work just to fix this MODEM bug..... I wish there is a way to prevent this from happening again or a way to backup the modem files...

And how exactly do you do that? The stock rom md5 file contains a modem.bin, but how do I just flash that modem only and not the entire rom?

Good night guys, I have n900. I faced this error on RR Rom. I tried a lot of modem, bootloader and apn fix zips but it still resumes. I can't find a true file (.so) Can you help me, please?

It's basic, libsec-ril.so is for sim card.
If your sim card is working before download Lineage OS you simply no need to download baseband/upgrade modem.

1.Need Root device
Example Magisk, SuperSU

2.Need Root File Manager
Example Root Explorer

3.Replace this file
Root/System/Lib/libsec-ril.so

0.How to get working sim card libsec-ril.so ?
-Find Lineage OS previous version that can make your sim card exist in your phone.
-Flash rom to that old version.
-Go to Root/System/Lib/ and backup libsec-ril.so
-Flash rom to new version and go to step 3 to replace file
-Turn Airplane mode on off, if not working reboot.

Im sure file in that link is working for all note3 hlte if not please go to step 0

thanks for the help. But the link is dead and don't have previous ROMs available. So how do I find the libsec-ril.so file?

Here is my copy from a last back up I did while in the process of transferring to ViperOS 7.1.2 about a year ago. I cant quite remember the whole story but some more recent ROM require this file to be named ".gsm.so", hence this zip, but its exactly the same thing named correctly for the ROM; there is a thread on this point here somewhere. You might want to consider the switch to ViperOS for the much more recent security patches.
