Im unlocking boatloader with HTC method and then read the topic U mentioned. I will choose method 2

What do U think about this: after titpyng fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin in cmd i get the screen in the phone where I have to choose (with volume buttons). When I select "YES Unlock Boatloader) and press Power button nothing happens, so, couldtn move foward.
What do U thin about this

I have been following your plight in tinky's thread.
I just noticed your baseband is a little odd.(I think it belongs to the 3.30 firmware.)
Has anyone suggested upgrading your radio?

You might want to try a 3.32 or 3.33 radio.

md5 checks the integrity of the file you are downloading.
A md5 checker (Google is your friend) will give a md5 checksum,which you can compare with the place you downloaded the file from.
It must match.
Or,if it does not match, you have a bad download,which, in the case of radios, will brick your phone.

OK But I dont know if this is correct.
When I told U about the option of unlocking or not the boatloader I selected YES but nothing happens. So I decided to select NO and device was formated.
In fast boot says Unlocked now. How could it be if I selected NO

I am sorry,but I have never done this process,so I cannot comment.
On the other hand,if it was successful,there is no problem.

If you are now unlocked,then,you can flash the radio using the second method you mentioned earlier.

if you want to relock it:
from fastboot connect your device via pc,open a command window in the folder where adb and fastboot files are and do
fastboot oem lock
but if i remember well you can unlock it again doing only one or two last steps from htcdev site.i am not sure but maybe

if you are S-Off you don't need and you shouldn't use htc dev or unlock the bootloader ( because it is for S-ON devices only) , and also you don't need to flash boot.img because flashing boot.img is for S-ON devices only
( make sure your hboot should read 1.27.1100 because that hboot allows to flash boot.img automatically when you flash a custom rom ) , also please understand that hboot 1.27.1100 is an unlocked hboot by default
if your bootloader is now any thing different than 1.27.1100 , just flash the hboot as i told you before , then flash the rom you need
if you still have problems . flash YOUR official RUU to try to fix any errors ,
then flash complete firmware and recovery then flash any rom , and as i told you before in the past few months there were roms that caused wifi error that sticked , you can also try to us a different sim for another carrier or a newer sim

fastboot oem lock

Then run ruu and see
