[Solved] ADB Help (Pushing Files)

I need to push two files with ADB into my phone's data/local folder.

What's the command for this?
gfree
hboot.dhd.nb0

Those are the two files.
They are already in ADB directory I just need to push them to my phone's data/local folder.
