[Solved] Atrix not booting or booting into Recovery

My atrix will not go past the red "Dual core" screen without restarting. I try to boot into recovery but the screen just goes black.

This is after I installed a new rom, installed an older verson of that rom accidentally, and then reinstalled the new rom without cleaning anything

I just need a way to Clear my phone of everything except leave the bootloader unlocked and the phone rooted

Go to fastboot mode if you can, and then wipe data.

moto-fastboot erase userdata

I went into fastboot and flashed a new recovery and from there I was able to restore my phone
