Solved by an app!get rid of lockscreen notification popups,etc. !

Download Lockscreen Policy app from playstore . Gets rid of popup notifications (which I didnt want because it kept covering dashclock notifications)It works! Also with it activated ,it disables stock time clock widget from coming back once deleted . Hope this helps .

Small update , while this works without root .More features with rooted device. Also ,when turning on widget switch to off disables popup notifications and the app's clock as default then eventually stock clock comes back .Turn it on allows you to add widgets but your popups will come back.Sorry nonrooters , its only good for killing popups on lockscreen .
