I'm getting an error trying to install stock rom from xiaomirom.com via fastboot.

It's consistently crashing on 7/10 or 7/11 (depending on chosen MIUI version).

I tried multiple MIUI versions (12.5/13 Europe/Global) and fastboot versions (Xiaomi/Google)

Sometimes fastboot stops responding and I have to reconnect/restart my phone.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem or am I on my own?

SOLUTION:
For me, problem was fastboot itself. Using fastboot from xiaomi.eu distribution solved my problem with flashing stock MIUI.

I attached zip with working fastboot for convenience but you can get it with any xiaomi.eu rom zip.

I'm having the same problem I guess and I've tried to use the fastboot file you provided in the post with no use... I'm stuck in sparse 1 or 2 if I'm lucky... Any ideas?!
