Maybe you should try a wipe and reflash a ROM that you like.

download that and move it over and change permissions reboot. then report back. match permissions of the other libs for reference.
I am having the same problem with my Note 3. I tried to use the link you have posted to dropbox, but it has been deleted.
Can you please help me?

WAIT i know your issue.....did you delete the samsung hub apk? write back i can fix your issue in 5 minutes no need to reset anything.

do this

1 extract libgnustl_shared.so from system>lib of your rom's zip.
2. Copy and paste to System>>lib and change permission to rw-r--r--
3. Reboot

dont ask me why but deleting hub deletes that lib. its need for auto rotation. i did the same thing.took me forever to figure that out .
You're the man!

It didn't help me

I tried everything, flashing again the rom, flashing another rom of a different operator and tried to paste that file in the system but it just doesn't work. I installed also lollipop and it wasn't working. Then I came back to KK, same story. Please, help me thanks.

go back to square one then flash the tar in odin and factory reset. if it still doesnt work. its hardware and take it to sprint.

My sensorhub appears to not be working (proximity, gyroscope, accelerometer etc sensors aren't working). Do you think this might fix that?

Kaos420, Hi there, I have the same problem. I deleted Samsung hub and then noticed the problem. Can you advise where to find the ROM zip and exactly where to place it?

Thanks
