(solved) How restore /cust partition?

I'm having this issue with my p9 EVA-L19. I have posted in the P9 area:

I tried this method but it did not work...

Yeah I know, but its the only place I found the same problem I'm having. Thats why I posted in the P9 section and Linked to it. I figured they're both hauwei phones and have similar file structures.

P9 is different. It's Kirin while 5X is Snapdragon.

Yes. The flashing will most probably succeed just make sure that you download the right file for your model.

I finally found some courage and tried to flash with dload
The update started but failed at 5%
"failed install"

I used the right file for my phone, used the update.app file, right folder etc

resuming, with my phone i can't flash with recovery, adb and neither with dload, and i can't wipe nothing too
Idk how to root/flash twrp/modding now

Not sure buddy why these updates are failing for many at 5% even though correct files are being flashed.
Yeah bro, not active on telegram due to busy schedule during festival preparation and work.

Have you taken Twrp backup before trying all these things?

All started for an error in a backup that I was trying to use
If u need I can rewrite to you the entire story

Every time it fails at 5%

There is something else I can try?
Have I to abandon the modding for this phone?

Ps: in some previous post someone said that frp was triggered
But i never get any screen related to frp, like "insert your account" or "verify your account" or similar
It is possible if i reset the phone (if works) that those screens appear and after i entered my pass etc all return to work?

For me, even if FRP was locked, I was able to use the dload via correct package. never had the issue.

So, I can't do anything to exit from this situation
Root, rom, xposed etc will wait for my next phone

5% can be related to sdcard... Take a low storage one if you have another. Search in threads 5%, you LL get info

Ps: just seen in bootloader screen that there are 2 red phrases

It means you can flash recoveries, do the changes on this screen via fastboot commands

I tried
Fastboot sees my device only when is in bootloader mode

But when I try to flash anything, including recovery, it says "command not allowed"
