I've tried a lot of things but it won't work.

I use twrp 2500 recovery
If i try to wipe it says E:Unable to mount '/data' E:Unable to mount '/system' etc.

Hi HijlcoL,

Try this to solve your issue. I gave you a ROM to install but you will be able to change to whatever you want once your phone will be running.

  1. Download this recovery HERE
  2. Move this file in your platform-tools folder
  3. Press and hold the Shift key and right click on a empty space of that folder and select Open Command Window Here
  4. In the command window with your phone in FASTBOOT USB mode
  5. Type>fastboot flash recovery TWRPENRC2B.img
  6. (Success)
  7. Type again>fastboot erase cache
  8. (Success)
  9. Unplug your USB cable
  10. Hit one time Power
  11. Select Recovery (Volume down)
  12. Hit Power to Reboot in Recovery
  13. Your phone should reboot in Recovery
  14. (!! The following instruction are with TWRP Recovery installed !!)
  15. Select Advanced -> ADB Sideload -> swipe to activate
  16. Download this file Elegancia_5.3.1.zip and transfer this file again in platform-tools folder
  17. Press and hold the Shift key and right click on a empty space of that folder and select Open Command Window Here
  18. Double click on the Elegancia_5.3.1.zip file and locate the boot.img and drag it to the platform-tools folder.
  19. Type>adb sideload Elegancia_5.3.1.zip (Enter)
  20. (Success)
  21. Once done select Wipe menu and wipe (factory reset and format system)
  22. Select Install menu of the Recovery
  23. Locate sideload.zip and select it.
  24. Swipe to confirm.
  25. Aroma installer will start leave everything by default and install the ROM.
  26. Once done select Reboot-> Bootloader
  27. Make sure FASTBOOT USB is highlighted
  28. In bootloader via the command window type>fastboot flash boot boot.img (Enter)
  29. (Success)
  30. At the prompt type>fastboot erase cache (Enter)
  31. (Success)
  32. Finally at the prompt>fastboot reboot (Enter)
  33. Rebooting
  34. Give your phone ~5-10 minutes to complete the installation.

Tell me how that went please.

Did you flash the boot image? It usually won't boot if you forgot that.

Oh and try installing the default stock Rom, settle things down, then continue the fun of flashing roms!
