[SOLVED] My phone won't boot after a reset

Hi, my Optimus 2x won't boot, He stands in the LG logo (a custom Bootanimation).

My phone is with 2.2.2, and was with root, bootanimation modified, I did a reset (settings > privacy), but now the system does not start.

What should I do now?


sorry by the English, and I know I'm a noob, I did something wrong, but if someone can help

Do you have cwm installed? If yes, boot into recovery and do a full wipe of cache and Dalvik cache. Then flash the bootanimation again and reboot the phone. It should work. If not, install this (http://www.mediafire.com/?95e7x94p53kxd6c), connect your device and ensure 'USB debugging' is enabled (I hope it works) and double click "install-cwm-windows" then do the wiping mentioned above.

hey, thanks for the answer and no, I don't have CWM installed. the system is not loading. it stay at animations boot forever and not load complete. i really need ensure that debbugging mod? cuz system not load, some other method to set USB debuging mod?

you need to nvflash it.. that will save your phone!

dont mention mate. Nvflash is the ultimate an last solution i didnt say it because i think u can save it without flashing a new rom. but if you cant do this you can save it with nvflash. But try this one first. If no success try nvflash

Try to use SmartFlashTool. As per my experience, it's not that hard to use. I will look for the link of tutorial.

thanks for the answers, I will try the SmartFlashTool, so I've been reading and will need the .bin + .lfs file, correct? but now I'm looking for the firmware but I'm not find, in this thread all links are dead.

Try googling the filename of the firmware you desire. That's what worked for me.

Now I know how important is to make a backup

just one more thing, with this new firmware I have flash (2.3.4 v20q) I can't change the brightness level, you know something about it?
