I'm trying to get lineage installed on my ANE-LX1
I followed the official guide but my phone doenst boot into system it only boots into twrp.

bcs nothing worked i had to reinstall the stock os again by reinstalling stock recovery and doing the download latest version option.

emui version before flashing: 9.1.0.370(C432E7R1P7)
kernel: 4.9
twrp: twrp-3.4.0-1-anne

if you need any additional info let me know.
and thank you in advance to everyone who helps

Okay, I will try it, but my ANE is running chinese Oreo, so I must rebrand it, upgrade to Pie etc., it will take a while...
successfully installed lineage-16.0-20201228-nightly-anne-signed (on 9.1.0.132 ,( .132 Service ROM I have on SD Card atm) . No bootloop, no restart, everything works. Used the same TWRP, same guide . So you are doing something wrong. Have you downgraded to the lower build number?
(This might be simply due to the incompatible build number).

i guess yeah but i wonder what tho

yeah i was downloading a rom from that AndroidHost.ru wich took a long time (3.5GB took 6 hours for some reason)
if you dont mind can you upload the emui rom you used so i have the same starting point (or the link where you got it)?

IDK about your device , but i think the fixes are
Booting into recovery , Flash magisk (V21 atleast)
Stuck at boot animation ? , Flash Disable-Dm-verity-Force-encrypt

These were tested on SM-J8 , so idk how good they work , still they are common files , so it should help
