Thank you very much for sharing this file. I am currently looking for compatible ROMs to my HTC Bolt (GSM unlocked).

I tried your procedure above (sorry, I'm a newbie on HTC and does not changed my phone so often) and read some contents of default.prop file from the ramdisk.cpio extracted during the decrypting/extracting process:

RUU filename:

Just in case someone with S-OFF HTC Bolt is interested, could you please try and let us know if HTC Bolt hardware will work 100% (at least the phone's GSM and LTE functionality) once you change the CID to BS_US001? I have read somewhere that BS_US001 is a CID for US Developer/Unlocked models.
If HTC Bolt will work, I will proceed on purchasing S-OFF service from SunShine. I will be using this phone outside US.
RUU recently installed in my phone:
RUU_ACADIA_WHL_N70_SENSE80GP_SPCS_Sprint_WWE_1.32.651.11.exe
For those who is interested and will try, thank you in advance.
