PMing you now. I appreciate your help in fixing this issue
The those that want to overwrite their FSG on note-3 Qualcomm models.
Use at your own risk, if you didn't send toxic command "root nvbackup" this will not help.

If this helps, or not, please post your results to help others.
I replaced the files using TWRP and was still stuck in bootloop.
Using TWRP I wiped and formatted System, Data, Dalvik, Cache, Internal Memory
I replaced the following with copies from a working SM-N900P, same model as the one I'm working on.
efs -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p11
modemst1 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p12
modemst2 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p13
backup -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p17
fsg -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p18
I reboot into Download mode. In Odin 3.10.7(have tried a few different ones, all give same result) I flashed the full NC5 tar (also did all of this and tested NH7 and OC5) None fixed the bootloop issue.
explicitly repeating the all the steps above and selecting EFS Clear in Odin gets the phone to boot into a working android version minus an EFS partition so baseband "unknown", IMEI "unknown", meid "unknown", etc.
I've tried many times following your exact steps and my modified ones and the above seem to work to get me out of the bootloop. Now if I can only figure out way to fix my EFS partition and/or whatever may be happening . ANY suggestinos? I have a working N900P I can pull partitions from and I can work in linux or windows.
I'm considering using TWRP to backup the working phone's EFS and restoring on the bootlooped N900P. If that doesn't work I'll, again, try moving efs -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p11 fromthe working to the not working AND the TWRP EFS backup/restore from one to the other, factory resetting and hoping for the best. I know IMEI information from my working phone will be in the EFS partition but I know how to fix that with the IMEI under the battery once the phone is operational
Again, any suggestions are appreciated
>>UPDATE<<<
I was able to get rid of boot loop from nvbackup and fix my problem above(baseband "unknown", IMEI "unknown", meid "unknown", etc. ) kind of. I actually copied modem -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 from the working n900P and was able to get the correct baseband to show up as well as an incorrect MEID DEC and Hex, ICCID now shows. I Odin a fresh stock NC5 tar and after rooting and installing custom recovery used DFS edit nv items and input an imei and meid. Phone now has all appropriate info minus sprint account info. phone number, min, etc. Everything seems to be back in order but now i have a red X over reception bars. I'm about to ##RTN# and see if it works to pull in the phone data. I'll update soon
OK I'm back fully working now. I took the sim and sd out. flashed mj4 modem. It still showed NC5. baseband and red X. I finally just thought to try the s4 flasher unlock program on NC5 just for kicks. after it ran I rebooted back into Download mode and rn the mj4 modem again and it all came back online upon reboot. I've got default signal bars(as opposed to red x)
