I don't recall I think it happened when i was trying to remove the "TWRP" or when trying to switch UNLOCKED to LOCKED.

you can't lock your device with custom firmware/software installed. Did you relocked with twrp still installed? IF yes it might cause issue to re-unlock the bootloader. Try to unlock it using htcdev.com/bootloader. If the bootloader unlock doesn't work (hanging at "entering recovery" after selecting "yes" then rebooting) post back with your "fastboot getvar all".

So, you need to unlock your bootloader via htcdev and flash custom recovery, preferably TWRP 2.8.4.0 or later. After you do all that, you're all set - you can tranfer a custom ROM to your internal storage and flash it via custom recovery

It wont unlock (Stuck) and the custom recovery gave me "FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)"

I think twrp is gone. And the unlock method won't work. Its stuck in Entering Recovery every time.

If you can't unlock the bootloader again its because you have relocked while twrp was still installed. You can't access twrp when the bootloader is locked and you need stock recovery to unlock the bootloader. You will need to flash the stock firmware (which will reflash the stock recovery back) and then unlock the bootloader again.

post the output of "fastboot getvar all"

Of course signature will fail, your bootloader is locked... You can't flash the recovery with a locked bootloader.

Download and save this file to your adb/fastboot folder: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23622183712462447
boot your phone in bootloader mode, select fastboot usb mode. Open a command prompt from your fastboot/adb folder:
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
^case sensitive don't forget RUU in capital letters
phone will now reboot in ruu mode, you'll see a black screen with silver htc logo
Code:
fastboot flash zip stock-firmware_6.09.401.5.zip
First flash will fail and report "flush image again immediately" so do the same command again:
Code:
fastboot flash zip stock-firmware_6.09.401.5.zip
The progress bar might not reach 100% but its normal, just make sure fastboot reported "sucessfull" before rebooting:
Code:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Then unlock your bootloader:
Code:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
