[SOLVED] Secure boot?

I've checked the posts and can't see my problem exactly (or rather my wife's).
I'm able to install any compatible rom to her Swift but none of them will boot unless I first change the boot.img to foxy or install a foxy zip before booting. It's the only boot img that will work.
Her bootloader screen shows oem unlocked but bootloader "secure" so I assume it's stuck on a specific type of boot img for security.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I have to do the boot change before I can install any lineage otas.

I see a few people have read my post so I thought I'd show it solved.
It turned out to be the same problem others have had.
I already had the radio-20161215-crackling.zip file from a year or so back so I tried it and that fixed it. My wife's phone now does a standard update and she can see the same bootloader screen as mine.
She already had the latest twrp img but I re-installed it after flashing thr "radio" files.
