Hello everyone. Sorry for late response.
1) So first thing you need are these files:
Samsung USB drivers 1.5.61.0
Odin3 3.12.5
N5100UBDNK2_N5100ZTODNK2_N5100UBDNI1_HOME.tar
(If links are dead, try to contact me)

Very important thing: YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD USB CABLE
I tried with a lot of USB cables and only few worked. Those few were new (premium) cables. With bad cable you may corrupt the device or installation will fail. Also make sure tablet is fully charged and screen doesn't blink.

2) Enter "Download" mode in the tablet by turning it off and pressing Power + Volume Down (+ Home button)
2.1) Install USB drivers
2.2) Open Odin3
2.3) Click on the "AP"
2.4) Select "N5100UBDNK2_N5100ZTODNK2_N5100UBDNI1_HOME.tar"
2.5) Click "Start" in Odin3 and now wait (it may take long time)

3) Tablet will reboot automatically and wait until it finished loading apps
4) Change language from Portuguese to your language (optional)

Troubleshooting:
Problem: Getting
Code:
<ID:x/xxx> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
in Odin3.
Solution: Make sure your USB cable is good, not broken, wires are not thin

Problem: Getting
Code:
<ID:x/xxx> sboot.bin
<ID:x/x> FAIL!
in Odin3.
Solution: Firmware is not compatible with the tablet. Try to find different FW in the internet (I searched a long time for it and only found few working).

Problem: Google services are stopped and getting ANRs.
Solution: Check this website

Don't forget to press "Thanks" if it solved your problem :)
I hope you managed to unbrick your tablet

Solution: Try to do a factory reset. If you're still getting errors, try to install different FW.
