Question [Solved - Sort Of] Trouble in setting Duo as Video app from the Call app. Anyone has solution?

Just got my phone and setting up everything. I am from S20 Ultra and use Duo as Video app. Now trying to set the same for my S21 Ultra. Anyone has solution, please help me.

Managed to solved it. The issue is with respect to Dual SIM setup. I disabled the eSIM temporarily and configured the Video Calling app and enabled the eSIM. Now the menu is still disabled but the Duo is configured.
