All i wanted was just to help others I didn't knew there was some trojan in that file. In my case if it was than it's not a big deal. Cz the problem regarding imei was much heavier. I suggest u don't trust unknown sources or if u need the file you can run in some sandbox etc. Or some other pc without any sensituve data. Sorry for inconvenience

khanpatriot , for me was: You need to use ROMs with same bootloader/Version binary.
Example, for me bootloader was with binary 6 and ROMs that i installed was created for older binary , 5 , 4 etc.
To work okay you need to flash only ROMs working with your installed bootloader binary. You can't downgrade bootloader [emoji21].
Or if you have installed ROMs with same binary of bootloader and no signal/baseband , you can try to install sboot file with odin, see what version you have installed.

It's strange what happens to me. Now I have a signal, the imei and the baseband appear. The same thing happened to me a few days ago, and then I lost it again. For now I'm still waiting for the imei or signal to go.

I add that I flashed a stock rom last night, but it did not have imei. This morning when I got up there was a signal and I could see the imeil. Rare
We have the same issue, but mine is not rooted.

I have been battling this same problem with my ASUS ZS600KL for 8 months. This all started when I updated to Pie thru FOTA.

I am hoping that someone could point us in the right direction. ASUS wants me to replace the MB and it costs a leg and an arm here in the Philippines.

Thanks!
