Some application not work after unlock bootloader & install custom rom

I am facing a issue... when Unlock Bootloader and install custom rom some application link BHIM & IRCTC app (in India) not working.. show error device is rooted.

So anyone have solution.. if yes pls share

Do those roms include a kernel that hides the unlocked bootloader?

I also have the same problem, well I don't know how to check those kennel related things can you help me for this, thanks in advance
