Some doubts after install TWRP and hard reset and relock bootloader

Sorry if my question is a "stupid" question...
A few days ago I install TWRP and root my HTC u11 for first time for me in "root world"...

Well, all was fine, all work perfect, when I was install TWRP (the last version) at the end was appears a phrase that indicate (more or less) that, the RUU is not recogniced. But all work fine, I can install Magisk and root my device.

Well, I want made a hard reset, always, I was a hard reset with buttoms, now with TWRP, only need check all bos in wipe dates? (Is that I read in google...)

The other question...I want relock my bootloader, now, always, when start the device, appears a message that, my device is vulnerabilty...etc... only I want relock for not appears this message.
With TWRP, fastboot relock bootloader?

I read some user that after this, briked the phone, for this reasson, I'm not sure...

Again, sorry if are "stupid" question, I know in this forum are very quality and experience in this world and I'm a nobbie in root, twrp...sorrys...

that message you see is normal, don't pay any attention to it, furthermore, you never want to relock your bootloader, you'll get into a bunch of **** you won't want, there is no reason to relock, it unnessecary, you don't need to be relocked to perform any task you want to do on the phone., don't do it!

Yes, I read a user in some thread that, after relock bootloader with twrp, her device was briked, but I read a lot (and I'm newby in root world) and I'm was not sure about this.

Ok, perfect, I don't relock my bootloader, I don't want problems if all work fine and you indicate not relock, I don't relock.

In the other doubt, for hard reset with twrp, I check all boxes in wipe and start?
