Guys my gf using Samsung galaxy s4 from last 1 month and facing some problems

1st - sometimes capacitive back button gets pressed automatically while plying with apps/games(eg -while typing , keyword minimize suddenly and while plying game , game gets pause)

2nd Mobile heats a lot very quickly

What u guys think about this problems?? Is these are hardware fault ??

Mobile is completely stock , no root nothin.

Is there new official update/fix available for India ??

Screenshot is attached for software version detail

Thanks in advance

this question is for every one of you, who have posted in the thread, above me & also to other people using the GT-I9500.

I am very much interested in buying the S4 Indian version but read a few issues on the net which have stopped me from buying the phone till date. the issues are :

1. Questionable Exynos5 chipset & the big.LITTLE not switching between the 2 Quad Core Processors resulting in the next issues
2. Overheating problem.
3. Sudden Battery Drain.

I'd like to know if these issues were experienced by almost all the GT-I9500 owners and, have the issues been taken care of by the latest Firmware Updates.

Thanks :fingers-crossed:

I did see the link u gave and honestly i dont understand this much abt the phone i m a heavy user and keep changing my devices frequently last 4 days i m using HTC ONE and will be back again with S4 cmng week as waitng for I9505 Variant

All that i can say is S4 and Htc one is by far the best & fastest devices i have used and both has its pros and cons and i still like bth of them

If u want more features S4 u get if u want better build and more optimized software HTC one is for u

By no mean i m saying S4 is not good just that we still need some more updates so the devices becomes best

And Ya this is the first time Samsung is releasing the updates pretty fast like 3 times in month so u can guess they are working hard to sort out all the issues people are complaining abt the S4

Hope this helps

Hiten,

If you are getting GT-I9505, nothing like it. for me it's the best phone at the moment. The problem is that it's not available in India. I have thought of buying it from the US & getting the product shipped through comgateway.com. that's only a thought till now. How are you getting the S4 shipped to you?

Hiten,

how much are you paying for the i9505 in the US? as I said earlier, I am researching my options on US based sites & might get it via websites like comgateway, ishopinternationl etc.
