Some movies from Amazon Video has no sound on HD10

Was trying to play "transformers last knight" on the HD10, I got no sound. I tried a few other movies, they all play fine. Any idea why? Something wrong with the tablet's sound set up or it is the movie has the problem? Thanks.

if that was the only movie where the sound would work, it could very well be the movie itself. But if everything else works and you get sounds on everything else I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it becomes too much of an annoyance simply force the App closed, clear cache and clear data. Then reboot and restart the app and try again. But if it's only that movie you had an issue with I wouldn't be too concerned.
