My Verizon N10+ doesn't look anything like the pictures. Perfect alignment here and I picked it up on launch day.

Care to share a close up shot of it. Like the last post, user did a close up shot of his Note 10+. Take it with flash or well lite room.

This reminds me of an issue with the note 8, back in its days, some users, not all, just some, reported finishing peeling off, mainly near the side buttons, specially on black models, there was a very lenghty post discussing rhe issue, and in the end, it seemed to be a factory batch related problem

I am thinking it's a batch issue too.

I'm glad you found what I am talking about ?. At least we have found someone in here that finally understands my point. People in here jump to conclusions without having to do the homework. You can see clearly on yours, you have the same issue as mine.

People told me the Note 10+ shot I posted earlier a fake lol. Yep that's right the best buy put a fake replica Note 10+ functional device.

It's not very visible but to me it is cause I see the little imperfections. Maybe it's a water seal maybe it's the adhesive glue but whatever it maybe it's right between the gap of the glass and frame. Beside the speaker and right before the curve of the glass it stops. Once you see it. It annoys you lol.

I can bet you probably its on all Note 10+ devices. So far I seen it on more than a dozen devices. I dunno how wide spread it is.
Yeah nowadays people jump to conclusion without doing their own research.
What's to loose, right? Identifying and confirming the issue you have and seeing it on my device doesn't mean I hate it know for whatever reason.

Anyway in clear daylight it isn't visible and the alignment looks like it should. I saw it only when I held the flashlight of my girlfriend's P30 Pro close to it.

I tried to take pics with my old iPhone backup but they are super blurry. I'll see if I can figure out a way to get them with another device.

Thanks would really help. Because if there is a bad batch and is widely spread carriers can look at this as a reference and people who have the bad batch can have them replaced with ones that are perfect. So we can all enjoy our beautiful device.

Phone to me is like buying a new car, I take care of it Whitestone dome glass , dband back skin and UAG case. Ya I go all out. Before I use it. Same for a car, I know maybe it's just a phone but you want things to be perfect.

Carries usually don't address the issue they find reasons not too, at least here. Until Samsung admits it or if there is a community that suffer from this issue.

With that being said, I think Note10+ is a beautiful device.

Just to put my two cents in. Mine doesn't seen to be misaligned at all, although I could be wrong. I attached a photo for reference
Yours suffers the same issue, look where your screen protector ends on top of it you have a white line coming from both sides from the center that goes to almost the corner. That white line you see is a gap where the glass is not completely flush to the frame, otherwise that white line would not be visible. To see it better zoom in or if you don't want to zoom in, you can see it more clear on the right side. I don't know why if it is a seal and the glass doesn't sit completely flush, why didn't they make that seal or adhesive black. Mine is like yours. Do you see the white line right above the screen protector. You see that white line cause there is a gap there.

Looks to me you have the same thing as OP and I, buddy.
the photo shows the border of the plastic screen protector, and the adhesive of the screen itself, now, these things are only evident under a strong light, at VERY close range, if you start looking for things like these, you will find them in all devices, if not the same, most surely in other places, as I am perceiveing this, it is just some sort of OCD, just like people permanently looking thru magnifying glasses for micro scratches or extraordinarily tiny missalignments, now if your taste runs this way, I will provide some more fun to you, I have read in other forum that, under strong sunlight with white wallpapers, some see an ugly rectangle in the fingerprint scanner and a blochy spot in the proximity sensor area, I can not see it, and if I could, it wouln't matter to me, but you might find it interesting.... Cheers!

To be completely honest this doesn't bother me one bit and I just decided to add my input on it. I personally think If you look for a flaw it you will find it. I am looking at my note 9 and note 8 and both have the same thing. If it bothers you then call Samsung and warranty claim the phone.

Totally untrue "these things are only evident under a strong light, at VERY close range" these can be seen by looking at the top bezel from 5 inches, or less. This was noticable under "normal" condition in my case I saw this when using the phone outside under normal daylight condition and room light. I cannot speak for everyone, everyone has different eye sight. Even small scratches are not visible which was the case of the S6 but under daylight or regular room light can be seen. The Galaxy S6 since I am off topic here had micro scratches right of the carrier box. I wrote about it and others posted on the forums here. And the same response happened. "Oh yours is defective" it's not true, later on it turned out most of all the units had these on launch day. People kept posting and posting pictures. Eventually I brought that to attention of the manager if you look for that article you can find it here and had all the units shipped back from the carrier. And the second batch came perfect. The point is if you pay for something 1000+ USD and over it's suppose to be manufacturing defect free. And a brand new replacement should be offered. But if there are people don't open a case about it then noting happens. I myself is trying to figure out why this issue even exists. I have the S10+ also it doesn't have this issue.

But like I said if it does not bother you, then by all means discard what I wrote and be happy using your device. ✌

Moving goalposts aren't you?

I was curious why people like you were jumping on the train to downplaying OP instead of taking a minute to inspect their own device and give proper feedback to the OP. As he requested. You know, as a human being. Helping each other out. Nope OP was downplayed from the get go.

Now as I took the time and found the same 'thing' (let's call it thing instead of issue because I find it a thing and it is not an issue for me like I have stated before) as OP it was suddenley diverted into 'probably a batch issue'.
Yet again nobody gave OP a proper worth of their time to inspect their device.

Now another user is reporting the same 'thing' and it's all of a sudden our fault that we look too closely? Come on man, really?

If you have read my posts in this thread then you probably noticed I have already reported that i don't necessarily think it's a flaw an I have reported that under normal circumstances (daylight) it isn't visible at all and the screen on MY device is perfectly aligned.

Not sure what your trying to achieve with your posts in this thread, but can we keep it OT and if you have nothing to contribute, please move on.

You are getting things wrong, I tried to find what op says, in my first post here, I clearly stated that my device has no issues as op found in his device, so, read the ENTIRE post before replying

If yours has zero issues provide us a photo of your perfect device with the screen off. You fail to understand something. This thread was opened because I wanted to be able to get feedback from the community, if they are experiencing the same issue as mine or others. If yours does not have this issue then provide us a picture like I said, so we can see and can compare it with others. So that people who have this issue can get their phones changed for one that does not. If they choose too.

So far I've checked over 20 devices at work with the same thing. I personally still don't see anything wrong with it, however I do understand that it might bother some people. My best advice is to call Samsung and see what they say.

As I do not doubt that op might have an issue, I do not have to provide NOTHING, given the fact that I do not have any issue, my device has no flaw/defect or anything, period.
