"nice lock" here in XDA, You will need also "nice lock download companion" , it is the same as good lock

You can install good lock by side loading it but once you open the app you'll be presented with "network/server error" . Here's how you can bypass it (I'm also from indonesia):

Bypass Country restrictions (Network or server error)

1. Remove the SIM card, connect to your wifi.

2. Download free vpn app from play store. I use tunnelbear.

3. Open vpn app, register, connect with the server from usa or india.

4. After you've connected to the server from usa or india region, go to settings>apps find Galaxy Apps Store, open it, click force close, click storage, click clear all data.

5. Open Galaxy Apps Store and search samsung good lock. It should be available now and you can install it.

6. After it's installed, open good lock, download all modules that you want. After you've download and install all the modules, insert your sim card back and you're good to go.
