Somehow borked my wifi driver

So i am currently using lineage 15.1 with newest magisk and newest bluespark kernel on my OnePlus 5. Since a few days i realized that i cant enable wifi anymore. As in I tap on the striked trough wifi symbol in drop down menu top of screen and nothing happens. If i go to settings sometimes settings crashes if i try to activate from there. I already tried reflashing earlier lineage version and firmware from lineage 15.1 post.

Using logcat i saw this here:

Either don't use a custom kernel wuth the ROM and try, or flash full stock and wifi will be back for sure.
