Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray cant go to fastboot mode

my xperia ray dosenot go to fastboot
what should i do now?!

I know it's old thread, but just got Ray and have identical problem like OP.

No combinations - Vol+ and cable, Home and Cable can get me to Fastboot mode. Even "adb reboot-bootloader" doesn't do a thing...
Device just boots or starts charging.

It had simlock as it's from Orange, unlock = no, but I unlocked with testpoint. But with no Fastboot mode, unlocked bootloader is useless...
