Hi, I'm afraid the only way to solve this problem is a hard reset of your device, so the stock ROM will be installed again.I have rooted my phone, using Moonbreakers Gold 7.0.
I am having serious problems with some apps, games in particular. The game Kritika just can't start becuse of "XIGNCODE3 detected". I installed Hidemyroot, but it won't hide it.
Then I try to unroot with SuperSU, but no progress.. Does anyone have any idea what to do?
Open the movie creator app, click settings in the top right corner and turn it offJust wondering if there is anyway to stop movie creator to stop making movies from my photo album every month? It`s really annoying
Thanks! I swear that option wasn't there before hahaOpen the movie creator app, click settings in the top right corner and turn it off.
As far as I know, stock roms with stock kernel don't need bootloader to be unlocked. You need to unlock the bootloader in order to flash custom kernel and aosp stuffs.Hi,
I'am interested in installing custom ROM on my Xperia Z3 D6603, both rooting and unlocking boot loader seems to be quite easy processes, but I don't want to unlock the boot loader before the end of next year when my phone will be out of warranty.
As an ex HTC user I was able to install custom ROMs with S-ON devices, alias only rooted ones. Now I read in some threads that root is not enough to install custom ROMs like Moonbreakers or the ones with Z5 features.
My question basically is: Can I flash custom ROMs with only root or I must have gain full access to the phone by unlocking boot loader?
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for having such a thread! One where you can just "ask away"! I bought two Galaxy S5 Active, and both died on me after "testing" their water-resisting-ness in a glass of water, ha ha. One seller on eBay took it back, the other one didn't. Anyway, it was time to look for something else. So, I ended up with a Sony Experia Z3. I have to say, really nice phone. Having said this, here are my questions:
4. Best way to root the phone?
I appreciate any kind of input!
Thanks,
G
