Sound quality on good headphones with G7 ThinQ- good bass?

I usually have a second, old phone that I root, install viper4android on and then use primarily as my music player as I like to play with really good bass. Ideally I would buy the G7 to be my one and only phone where I can get really good bass as well as good sound. I have high end Sony Bluetooth earphones so I know they are ready to produce good, bassy sound in that respect. Does anyone have experiences of the sound quality and manipulation of the equaliser and sound effects on the G7 that they can share? Thanks in advance

The wired audio is really great. Bluetooth audio was also good when I used it, there's no reason you won't get the same type of sound you've had with other Bluetooth connections; there's nothing inherently wrong with the connection on the G7. As for an equalizer, you're going to be better off downloading a different music player. It'll definitely give you what you're looking for. But for the best audio, you're going to want some wired headphones!

Edit: tried out the equalizer a little more, I think it's really good. This is the best audio I've seen on a phone since the HTC m10 easily. It's great.

The sound is amazing. Nice and rich. Great bass. And that's with Bluetooth earbuds. I can only imagine how great it must sound with a good pair of wired headphones. Especially if they have their own drivers.
