So far all the Note 5 theme don't even work on my Note 4 with the s6 rom. Hopefully a good quality and working one will come from these icons

you 're right i use your apk and change all the icon from there

so i removed it and made a new one

Im using the s6 edge port on the note 4 and using this launcher http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/themes-apps/hot-note-5-apps-style-port-t3182299 this launcher gets your folder like the note 5. I just played with the note 5 today my phone looked the same
