Whenever I connect the phone to the computer without the battery (as part of the instructions), it makes the hardware connected sound, then after a few seconds, it makes the hardware disconnected sound. I've even plugged the phone into the back ports of my desktop and it still does that so I don't think the ports are underpowered since it still powers all the other devices. So I'm worried about flashing the file? What if it makes the disconnected sound while it's flashing the stock firmware? Wouldn't it corrupt the files and brick the phone??? What do I do? I have the drivers installed because I've used a scatter file before to increase the app storage to 2.5GB and it's worked even with the phone disconnecting after a few seconds (but then that file was small so there wasn't much data transfer required) so it didn't corrupt. Also currently, the phone isn't being detected by the SP Flash Tools even with the battery inside.

Any solutions???

install the adb drivers, connect your phone without battery to the pc, launch sp tools, load the firmware, start the process by clicking on download, then hold the battery with your hands such that it just touches the battery terminals, dont put the battery and sit back, yuu have to hold the battery with your hands carefully while flashing.
