Could someone tell me if there is landscape mode for this GREAT theme? I installed it looks great in portrait mode, but when I switch on the landscape mode, it goes back to the original theme....thanks

I believe someone already posted a version that supports landscape mode. I can't find it surfing through the thread at the moment. maybe you could help me search for it.

@greatbal: Hi is it possible that you work on a vga theme like gsmart or another? I like your themes very much and on my diamond I have one of you (similiar like the original diamond) but I like this gsmart very much.. now I hope you get a vga screen too ;-).. maybe we all get very nice vga themes.. maybe? i hope..

Greatbal - good to see you're still around! How about VGA then? It seems no-one's doing much in VGA, and you're a master.

Hi,
you need to edit all xml from screen you want to see your background in qa_layouts.dat :
- Contact.xml for contacts details
- SpbMenu.xml for icone launcher (the page, not the fast bottom launcher)
- SpeedDial.xml for contacts
- Weather.xml for weather
- time.xml for time and alarm details
...
plugin need to be declared in default layout :
<Layout Name="Default">
<Plugins>
<Plugin Class="Spb.LSP.GradBackground" Name="Background">
<Int Name="NoBackgrd" Value="1"/>
<Point Name="Separator3Y" X="0" Y="21"/>
</Plugin>
.....
And skin need to be declared in each layout, like this by examples :
<Layout Name="240x320">
<Plugins Extends="Default">
<Plugin Name="Background" Skin="qp_bkg_now" DoubleSkin="vp_bkg_now"/>

....

Touch 3G

Hello, i'm rather new to this but i just got a Touch 3G device and being an old Diamond user i didn't like the TouchFlo interface against the TouchFlo 3D interface. So my question is, is there a way to install 3D (or any skin that looks like it!) in my 3G?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a software that enables you to view those dat files in the zips so that you don't need to soft reset each time to check or that will enable you to compile your own set?

Hello greatbal.. I ask again.. do you work on a vga version of gsmart?
I use the black one on my touch and I love it coz it is very simple and looks great!
On Diamond I use this one (Post #4; similar the original Diamond) this is good but the gsmart for me is better !

Are you working on more vga themes or waiting for spb MS 3.0?

Skin Main Icon

I have a question, I have looked into any forum I could Find But I did not Find an answer.

I have created a custom Kyro skin. When I go in the Spb Skins 3.2 menu and then in the Kyro menu... all the skins have icons similar to their backgrounds (part of the actual background actually) but all the custom made skins have a "G" sa an icon.. This icon. (for all skins) is taken by an .exe file that exists in every skins folder..

So the $1.000.000 question is.....
How do I change that I icon?

I used or use one of yours in my Diamond.
But in my Touch I liked the simple GSmart (the black one with my own bckg) very much and I hope that greatbal can make a version of this great skin for vga too!

I absolutely love this theme that whomever built. Can the programmer who built this please do me 4 big favors regarding this, or if anybody is interested in taking it over, I need 3 crucial changes to make this perfect for me:

1) Make a fifth button on the bottom bar the MRU button
2) Make this Samurai Diamond weather setup compatible with this theme

3) Make a 3 page contact layout
4) Make the entire setup landscape compatible

I would really really appreciate it if anybody could do this for me. I've tried for the last 4 days to figure out how to do it myself but it is way beyond my capabilities at the moment. Thanks in advance for any help. And please PM me if you need the original dat files for anything.
