can only get the bottom bar to change, no new widgets showing. I remove ms3 reinstalled then installed the message cab and the sense cab still aint working

I am wondering how to install V3.5.
First, do I have to install spb mobile shell 3.0 or 3.5?
Secondly, do I have to install V2 before V3.5, since size of V3.5 is only about 1M?
I tried install V3.5 on MS3.5, but it doesn't work, no widget can be added and even some functions of MS3.5 were lost and I can not quit it.

I tried V2 for MS3, it works.
