Speach and rotation

Dear users,

I own my HTC Titan since 3-4 weeks and I love it. But:

1. Speech is not working; it says it is not available for my language(Dutch), but I saw it working on the Samsung Omnia 7 with my language
2. How can I disable rotation?
3. Can I disable sound and vibration?
