Speaker issues

hey everyone, after I took the latest update a couple days ago, I been having these issues with phone speaker that im watching a video or listening to a song and all of a sudden it blanks out with no sound, when I lower all the volume and raise it sometimes it seems to get fixed, also if I reboot it, it seems to fix it too, any idea what's up? Only thing ive done to sound is download package disabler and disable sound alive so I can use equalizer app but I already enabled it and unistalled equalizer, any help?

Did you enable everything you disabled before the update? I'm asking because I didn't and it broke some apps. Maine reason I did a reset was because Oculus app wasn't there. And it was installed. Same thing with sound alive I bet

Yeah I didnt re enable everything when I updated it, what should I do then? Reset phone? I hate losing data lol

Backup the data man use Samsung. Google will backup your apps and data. I did a fresh reset.

So boot into recovery and factory reset and clear cache¿ How do I backup with samsung?

In settings man. And it don't matter how you do the reset.

That's a good sign of a defective speaker.
