Speaker phone opposite person can not hear clearly.

I am Using A8 2018 since march 2018. i am facing a issue while talking over mobile network. the person i am talking to can not hear me clearly. there are a clinching noise some time. some time it gives a low pitch noise. the voice drops or the voice is very low. if the person is in a noisy place cannot understand what is say.
here is the catch if i talk by any messenger app like whats app viber or facebook messenger there are no issue at all.
i have changed my sim and mobile operator. i have checked with both sim slot separately the result is same. my phone does not have any mobile network problem as i can use Mobile data without any issue. i can even call on mobile data using whats app or messenger without any issue. its just when i call over speaker phone using mobile network i am facing this issue.

Please suggest me what i can do to get rid of this issue.
