Speed is wrong

Hi.
Omate 512 2100.
I installed some different navigation programms and i has identical mistake. The speed show is wrong. If i stay - my speed is about 5mph\h, but if i drive my speed is good showing, but with BIG delay 5sec.
It is very bad!

All navigators is work good, but Omate is bad. What i need to do to fixed this problem?

If your devices is rooted, look at your build.prop file,
check if your 'dalvik.vm.execution-mode' is set to : 'int:fast'

(Full string : dalvik.vm.execution-mode=int:fast)
