If you don't try to trick people and say what the problem is directly maybe you'll get your answer.

But if you say "speed problems" on title and different thing on post , then you'll get nothing.

This thread was meant to show that most posters in a thread don't even fully read the op.

LOL @ the gibberish post.

I'm running LP Pro, and actually last 36 hours my Sensation has begun to lag, i have a feeling it happened at the same time i installed CalenGoo and added widgets to my screen, i have uninstalled CalenGoo now, and at once it seems faster again, i have also e-mailed CalenGoo about this issue together with a bug in their Tasks(todo) widget, hoping they noticed the lag themselves, but it is very hard to describe, and to actually document since such a thing is sometimes more like just a feeling you get.
BTW: i can recommend CalenGoo, really good calendar app/widget, and they responded within 12 hours.

Go into "Task Manager" and tell us your RAM, or better yet, screen shot it.

WE NEED PROOF OF FLAWLESS(ish) PHONES! I can only get 150mb...obviously stock....
It's between 150-200 mb but it's not the only thing matters for speed. It's a dual core phone. It's fast as my old Nokia 3310:p

150mb free ram??? Only??? With my vodafone/SFR stock ROM, I can get 350Mb after a reboot, then it tends to decrease with an average of 280. After 2 days without rebooting but playing a lot with it, only 150Mb remain, even if all tasks are killed, so I reboot.
(but I also use taskiller that displays some running tasks not displayed bt HTC included task manager.......taskiller is to use very carfully since if you don't set it to ignore some specific task, it will end up in always starting/killing task repetivly, what will kill your battery or might freeze the system)
