PB31IMG won't Flash???

OK, so I have tried about 5 different files, renamed to PB31IMG.zip, at root level of FAT32 sdcard. Not being recognized. I am running CMY #100, Incredikernel Beta11
They all flash fine from recovery, no problems. Any ideas? Can I flash this from recovery?

I have reformatted sdcard multiple times, but no luck. I have confirmed it is FAT32.
Checked to make sure proper location, no double zip.zip....

are you 100% sure the images are on the root of your sdcard? and when in in bootloader, does it show that its even searching for an image?

Yes, the file is at the the root level of the SDCARD. The bootloader shows it looking for a few files PB****, 1 of the last two is PB31IMG.zip, says "no image or wrong image"
