Hey guys, I just bought Splashtop HD for my Transformer, but every 2 min I have the freaking pop up "cannot connect", I've already set my DHCP with Static IP (My router is TP-Link WR941N, I Forwarded TCP Ports 6783-6785 (To my local pc)... But still not working !!
Already added this ports in windows firewall too.

For some reason after this steps my ports 6784 and 6785 still closed (test it in webpage)

Somebody can help me plz :).

I have windows 7 64 bits, running Avast Antivirus

Thanks a lot !!

I know it doesn't help but I had exactly the same issue and I like splashtop as it doesn't identify as RDP. Guess we have to stick with normal.

Does anybody happen to know of a Remote Desktop program with hot tracking of mouse other than X2 and Remote Desktop Client? Very useful with dock

1) are you able to connect when you're local?
2) it's possible your host machine is still blocking those ports. try disabling your firewall.

I had some problems with this app recently myself. For some reason I had to change the resolution in the splashtop app to native. Without that it would not connect to my
IMac running lion.

This is also happening to me to. I am on Prime 1.6 (3.1) and I would be on my Desktop, and couple of mins later I get disconnect for no reason. I never had an issue when running Prime 1.5. This is happening on both local and outside my network.
