Split screen after Android 10 update

Hello.
I am having an issue with split screen after Android 10 update.
The split screen is there but I cannot resize it.
It always pop back to middle of the screen.
Any idea?

Hi Muhammad.
I can split the screen as you have shown but the issue it that it cannot be resized.
I used to have (in Android Pie) Youtube at the top - at about 1/3 size of the screen and at the rest 2/3 Chrome.
Now it is only 50:50.
And when I swipe the "dash" in the middle between the two screens upwards/downwards then it comes back into the middle.

For me it's the same: i can do split screen but when moving the split-line up or down, it always goes back to the middle.

Mine is working fine. Non rooted android 10 ota updated from android 9.

Damn same here... Android 10 has been a step backwards for me so far, wonder why it's working for some people and not us.
