Sprint CS is so frustrating sometimes...

Man that was annoying. So my digitizer was broken after 6 days of using it and I took it in today (9 days after) and they said to go to a full service store (just 5 minutes down the street) because they couldn't do anything to fix it. I did and they said to take it to the other store to have it completely replaced because it's within 14 days of my purchase.

The employees somehow have switched in this 15 minute time and they tell me to go to the other one again, so I explain I did and they said that this store will replace it no problems. They gave me a hassle but eventually replaced it.

The kicker: When I bought my phone it was already updated to HBOOT 1.5 and the most recent update. This replacement came with HBOOT 1.4 HUZZAH.

Now I'm happy :3

I hear ya bud....everybody says Sprint's CS is so great but I never get one of these people on the phone....I get the jack asses who can't solve anything no matter how nice I am....

Well when I went in there originally the guy was awesome and helpful, but this other employee was just rude.

The original guy (who I actually had to go to after the hassle) was talking about rooting the 3VO, saying it has tons of support online. I was like whoa this guy knows something o_O.
