Hello,

I am on stock rooted (KyleBryant's method). I'm getting the OTA popup.
Should I take the OTA, and if I do, can I just repeat the rooting method?

Thanks!

You can take the ota, after you reflash full stock firmware, after which you'll just have to reflash twrp and Magisk to reroot. Or, you can just wait a little bit for me to make a ROM and partition updater from the updated firmware, which I was going to do some time today.

Goose, did you create that ROM and partition updater? Not sure where it would be, or how to use it.
Thanks!
