Sprint epic 4g touch new carrier?

Hey guys I have a question is there any way to get the Sprint epic 4g touch to work with boost mobile or metro pcs here in Los Angeles? I want to give this phone to my dad but that's the carriers he uses,

There is a way to flash to both. Use the search function here on the forums or Google. I promise you will find it in the first try.
