as soon as my wife gets better you will see much more contributing from me... hard to do much of anything with a sick kid and basically disabled wife (she is recovering rather quickly though) :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Hello I am total noob for my first post and question I had liquid smooth jb 4.2.1 ROM and it ran perfectly for months. Yesterday morning sometime my 3g went away. I thought maybe it was the ROM so I looked and decided to update to new one to make sure if it was the ROM. It was not I now have liquid smooth 4.2.2 and it is awesome but I still don't have 3g. I have disabled WiFi and tried to force reload in airplane mode and nothing still 3g. I called sprint and they show no prob on their end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is their some fix for 3g or am I missing something. I have been looking into maybe it being the kernel I don't know if it is stock or does a new ROM change it or does it have to be done manually..

There are a couple things you could try here, unfortunately, at the moment I can only think of one (and will add it to the FAQ)... flash a tw Rom, update profile and prl reboot and see if that brings your 3g back.. if not, while on the tw Rom go into settings and look for activate this device (should be near the bottom) click that and it will go through a hands free activation, if that doesn't bring 3g back on Sprint probably has a tower down in your area... (ALWAYS take what a Sprint rep says with a grain of salt, they are usually inept and know less than the average user)

Thanks for the advice I loaded stock ROM then updated pro then flashed new ROM and it worked great. Thanks for your help.

Tw Rom list added, gonna work on aosp later, then comes kernels and so on... if you guys see any I missed please let me know so I can get them added in... nothing older than an lj7 Rom will be added though....... thanks guys
