Sprint Galaxy S3 to Metro: No data: Tearing hair off!!

Hi,
I have read through all the guides on here and other sites, tried to follow it to the T but no go. Seems I cannot get data to work on the Sprint gs3 for some reason.

If anyone has successfully done this, would you mind helping me out. I need details of the tools you used, OS version of computer etc. and some screenshots if possible, would be awesome.

I paid someone on Craigslist $40 to flash my phone. This includes data, text and talk. Took him 30 minutes or less.

Did you make sure your data isn't turned off? Some apps can shut it off.
