I stumbled across a site this morning on google which hosted the stock rom for the LG LK430.

Website with the 430 TOT zip.

The above file contains two files:
lgup_etablet.dll
LK430ZV4_11_User_Secure.tot

I used the LGFlashTool:
Select Manual Mode..
DLL: lgup_etablet.dll
S/W: LK430ZV4_11_User_Secure.tot
Action Mode: Board DL

I'm not going to tell you how to flash.. you can find many tutorials on it.
Example Tutorial (Scroll to the .TOT part)
Another tutorial on flashing..

Remember to use Action Mode: Board DL!
The first time I flashed I used Upgrade DL as the action mode, which put me in a boot lock on a screen that said "factor reset status 2".
The second time I flashed I used Board DL as the action mode, which booted me into mini os.

At first I thought Mini OS was just another bust because I couldn't do anything and it kept booting into a screen where it displayed two QR codes (barcodes) in the top-left corner and bottom-right corner and the top-right corner said "PASSED" and bottom-left said "PID". If you come upon this screen its possible to return the previous menu where you can choose to boot normally. I had to do some google searches but the way to interact with the menu options is to hold the power button down then click the button "Normal Boot" option. A popup window will appear with NO and YES buttons, same deal, hold down the power button then click the YES button to boot normally.

FYI: I was stuck in the mini os boot for a bit so before I managed to click the normal boot option I did a factory reset and cleared the cache. (I don't know if it made any difference though).

So long story short, I managed to fix my LG LK430 -- which has been disabled for a good many months.
And all the thanks goes to the person who uploaded the stock rom @ http://www.rwilco12.com/
Thanks for sharing. I tried to using this tot file to resolve QHSUSB DLOAD 9008 problem but it's not working, Any ideals?

I have downloaded the lk430zv4.7z file but not able to extract it.
7zip reports "Unsupported compression method".
Is there a different working copy of this file?
appreciate any help.

Thanks a lot.
It seems that windows version of 7zip does not like large files like this.
I was able to extract on ubuntu and able to recover my tablet.

The reason I messed up my tablet is because the instructions on the following link are not that clear for me: http://androidforums.com/threads/sprint-lg-g-pad-7-lk430-zv3-root-romdump-restore.1024872/

The removal of kingroot caused me to brick my tablet.

I will try again and see if I can get past bricking !

Thanks! This worked perfectly! I was able to get out of the mini os boot by clicking on the screen in combination with using the power and volume keys. After being able to get into normal boot, the device was completely recovered. This thread should be stickied in the LK430 section or something.

EDIT: Here's the thread for the 2016 LG Patched Flashtool
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g5/development/lg-flash-tool-2-0-1-6-patched-t3371668
Don't forget to change your com port in device manager before initiating the flashtool

EDIT2: The tablet is even faster than it was stock. All the Sprint bloatware has been removed so the only apps that need to be disabled are the Google and some LG apps. It's much snappier and doesn't constantly ask me if I want to enable the Sprint Connection Optimizer. Really appreciate that link, think I'll flash my other Sprint LG-LK430 G Pad 7.0 also. These were under $50 with that Freedompop promo back then which is definitely a steal for a like new 7" tablet.

I tried everything to get LG flash tool to recognize my LG G Pad LK430 I have been having issues with it booting very slowly and I wanted refresh it and to bring it up to date since I rooted it to remove carrier garbage apps which causes it to have errors whenever i try to update it

Thank you so much. I was able to get this done.

To get back to the previous menu on the PASSED and PID you click the power button twice (wasn't sure but I had two tablets and worked the same on the 2nd). The tablet is MUCH better now. So clean.

I had to attempt to flash several times before it would work. It dose seem to run smother less bloatware installed.
Here are some tips that might help the next.
1 install lg mobile drivers
2 install patched lg flash tool
2.5 make sure your device is using com port 41
3 fallow instructions elsewhere in these post .
4 look for video on using lg flash tool
5 its gonna need to update google services so it will take some time waiting for it to prompt you to upgrade
