Sure man let me take a look any boot sound and if so how do I use it
Ok well here is the bootanimation.

You need to place it into system/media twice. Once named exactly how it is and another copy renamed bootanimation_sprint.zip. Basically just follow the exact same directions as the doctor who bootanimation. DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE PERMISSIONS. As for the sound, I didnt test it to make sure it syncs up but here is one I made real quick. It also needs to be copied twice, once how it is already named and the second copy needs to be renamed PowerOn_Sprint.ogg. These files go into system/media/audio/ui. Again just follow the full directions found on the doctor who bootani because they're the same.

It's literally just the opening credits from season 4 and the sound file is the theme song with rick saying "We're all infected" at the end. But again I may have to alter the length of the sound to match the bootanimation, I just havent tested that part. Just figured I'd give you something for now. Sorry man, too many responsibilities/projects and hobbies - I wanted to do a lot more today.

And how do I go about making the sound work should I delete sprints sound?
In /system/media/audio/ui replace PowerOn.ogg and PowerOn_Sprint.ogg with the file I linked to(Copy it over then rename it PowerOn_Sprint.ogg and copy that one over too). Change permissions on those as well. If it still doesn't work, the sounds are also located at /carrier/cust/poweron. Either replace them there as well or just delete that folder. I deleted the folder and had no negative side effects.

Ok sound worked but the boot animation didn't what files should I move or delete I still have the boot animation for android l displaying
/system/media/bootanimation.zip and /system/media/bootanimation_sprint.zip

replace those with the file I linked to. Its already named bootanimation.zip but you'll have to rename another copy to bootanimation_sprint.zip, and ofcourse change permissions on both.

I could swap it for you but in portrait its either going to be EXTREMELY warped or really small(think super widescreen mode). Think about watching videos on the phone in portrait mode and thats how its going to look. But if thats what you want i can flip the images around and edit the desc.txt file.

I've tried and tried and cannot get the boot animation to work. I have all the files in and the correct permissions. It just won't work. I get the LG splash screen then black screen then straight to my home screen.
