Sprint Note 7 stuck at 60% and Forcing New Kill Update

I managed to prevent the 60% update by just ignoring it until last night. It force restarted my phone while I was sleeping. Now a new update is trying to completely disable my phones charging. I have to restart it before the countdown finishes, and I wont be able to keep an eye on it while I'm sleeping. How do I revert the 60% update?

I am pretty pissed as I gave away my Note 5 to my niece and Sprint is only offering 100$ off on an exchange for the S7 or S7 Edge which they are selling for 700$ and 800$ and are both almost a year old. I'm still paying for this Note 7, I'm thinking about just buying a used one and returning the Note 7 for a full refund. I'm looking on online for S7 and Note 5 and they are both selling for under 300$ used. Just a shame, I finally upgrade to a new phone and I love it, and they forcibly kill it and I get forced into buying a different phone I don't want.

I don't know if I should get a Note 5 or S7... or hold out on my Note 7 and find a work around. How long is the full refund good for?

Go into the spring section for the note 7. There's a post that shows you how to install the firmware before the 60% block. Then install the app disabler and disable the apps mentioned. I'm on my sprint Note 7 now. Charges to 100% and haven't received any alert about the "kill" update

Do you have a link? I dont even know where the spring section is. I just found this website and am desperately trying to save my note 7 before it dies.

do u have to wipe the phone?
Its a good idea to do so yes, do you have to? Probably not but to make sure all remnants of previous firmware are gone I would anyway.

Back up the stuff you want saved to your ext sd, wipe and set up then transfer it back.

No big deal
