I've been a Sprint customer for about 10 years. Sure I fight with Customer Service sometimes but I'm certain I'd have occasional fights with (insert name of Carrier) just as often.
I was with T-mobile for 10 years only had to call about 3-5 times about data issues and I never had to get my devices replaced because sprint ran out of excuses to give me.. I went thru 3 GS3's, 2 HTC one's, 2 Iphone 5's, 2 Iphone 4s's and only one I haven't need to get replaced is my GS4 so far "knock on wood" This was all because sprint thought it was device instead of just plain bad service
