I found the the tar for the sph-l710t for ya! I'm a guide over on Android forums so I remembered seeing it. It's the nf4 .tar so its not the newest, meaning you will probably get an update soon after you boot up.

I have a triband L710T currently running custom ROM OctOS-L M5 (Lollipop 5.1.1), OH1 baseband. I am selling the phone and trying to flash back to bone stock. When I try to ODIN the .tar from AF, it fails with error "sw rev check fail fused 2 binary 1". I tried redownloading the .tar in case the first one was corrupt, but it still fails. What am I not doing right?

i do need a phone and even more i need music so i went searching again. by the way i can not odin anything into this phone except twrp. NOTHING! could this problem be the binary code not being upgraded because once i got CMOD on it it runs very good alas minus the music and the phone functions. i have to communicate through google hangouts which isn't so bad except you best have unlimited data.

i cant do anything except flash twrp with odin. everything else fails. everything. i've installed every triband file i can find through the bootloader and i only get a small old sprint logo and then it too goes to the samsung splash screen and locks. ive let this run 24 hrs thinking "try this" but nothing has worked.i haven't had a phone for 6 weeks and no music at all either. i can load some roms, liquidsmooth runs really well. aicp has some bugs but it runs pretty good and cmod 12.1 with all the updates if i can figure out how to get them to install runs beautifully however, i've flashed the modem files for the t and one time i had cell service for a minute then it was gone.i have the source files but i don't know how to use them i only got back here because i was looking for the nd8 bootloader file. my wicked 8 won't load and i tried to load kt747 but, that didn't help it. all i find here on this page is nd4. i dont know the difference but im game. ive done many things to this phone and always been able to get it back up and running. something is locked hard and the first time i tried to root it i lost the only two functions that really matter. i read about A GUY WHO ENDED UP TAKING HIS TRIBAND TO A REPAIR SHOP BUT I KNOW A GUY in india who can write the code in but id sure like to get at least some music on it tonight. id also really like to stay with liquid or cmod because i've used them quite a bit with chainfire and his stuff flashing stuff so i know those two rome and i like them very much.so, if you find a solution for me would you email me? i forget to go back to certain sites because i go to so many and im old....haha thanks

This whole switch to triband model has really confused me for some odd reason. Im not so mucj a developer..... I really prefer to root a stock rom. While having the l710 I extracted the backup from my phone. Deodexed the files with the kitchen. Now with this triband I notice thetes no d2lterefresh folder or files. I see the tmobile, sprint 710 , Verizon files but no boost d2lterefresh. So i google and research evetything. Make a backup and put it into the new arch-kitchen. Deodexed, its rooted, its got busybox and so on..... I build the rom and when i flash it in recovery it gets stuck at the samsung screen. Im sure i havent correctly added the d2lterefresh files needed so im thinking that has something to do with it. I want a stock, rooted, deodexed OH1 rom. Then I can start debloating it and theme it alil bit to my likening. I use Xposed to make simple theme edits using Wanam. Anyone have a de-bloated n deodexed stock OH1 back up or .zip to flash??? If not helping correcting arch-kitchen with the d2lterefresh correct files or point me in the right direction. I have a feeling the updater script is not correct then archi-kitchen automatically creates..... help with the correct updater script and I think will will have a base for the OH1, rooted, deodexed, debloted rom..... this has been my goal the last few months but everything seems harder with all the triband confusions. Im a boost mobile customer and I dont want the sprint version. I want to keep my correct baseband OH1. OH1 IS THE LATEST updated BASEBAND for this triband boost mobile phone correct? would you possibly know where i can find the image files to make a bootable sdcard for my triband? no, i haven't looked had yet. i had for a l710 but then the company called and told me to bring it in and they would give me another refurb. i was so close that i really had to think hard about taking it in. i havent had time to read up on the triband.so ill be upfront about that i dont want tomake anyone angry.

i can't even get into download on this phone but its bricked. i know that it also charges. that's it. im just letting you know because i haven't seen anything that easy to unbrick a very hard bricked phone. but im going there. you sent me to a zip file, self extracting for my sph-l710 but i could boot that recover. odin won't touch this phone. if you're there. id love to chat because i had serious image writing issues with win, what winwrite or something. however i think i figured out the problem on that just as assist wireless called and said they have new refurbs.
i didnt want to take my phone, no kidding, i wanted to fix it but i needed a phone. i was so close to getting my image to write i had to be sure. i read a lot of post on a lot of sites that were having the same problem. i got it figured if you want to know ill tell ya what it is but that zip you sent says image so i think you have more than a handle on my problem thank you, i'll let you know. thanks again.

Extract what i sent u put on 16gb class 10 micro sd, youll use tgat to boot download mode. Theres a page in help that tells you how to boot into download mode on our s3s. Look for it it how to fix hard bricked s3 without Jtag! And vola! Its literally the 17th topic in this section. Enjoy
ya i got it bro.its running liquid smooth very well. as a sph-l710.i tried odin to go recovery "off" the sdcard but it didnt work. i wondered if it was rooted and i had already checked dev tools and what version kk it was and i found it wasn't running as it should. as a triband.imagine my surprise. that's when i realized i was probably stuck with the sd. its rooted its got twrp loaded. can i take it back to triband now. i have no cell service either but, i didnt in the first place. that is part of what started all this crap.liquid smooth to me is great but i run nova now and the only thing i miss is that app wheel and just a couple other things.so whadda ya think?

ah man, im sorry, i just saw this email.i will do that if youll be a little more specific. i had all this stuff on the sdcard didnt i? i was wondering how you got all those apps that i liked on the. su, gapps all liquid, all kinds of stuff. i put the whole phone back together with liquid and gapp 4.4 and i've done some setup. google did its thing its a pretty nice phone but, not a triband. haha where can i get that help page?wait its the 17th topic. ill get back to you thanks. damn, it was so easy. thank you.

Ok first, i have a triband that was bricked very hard as i left twrp after flashing super user.
Because a second one had done the exact same thing i figured that something was going on.
After searching and reading i finally found a utube video about making a jig so i knew someone had done it softwarewise. Thats when i came to you.
Everything we did was correct. I have a sph-l710t.
I took what you gave me and copied it to a sdcard but thought it strange when it booted into liquid smooth. But i was flippen happy hilla. After all that searching i had fixed it.
I was building it and working it i realized my triband was running as a sph-l710. I dont know why because i checked the debrick image however i rwalized i had all these zip files already on the sd card from another phonne that i wa working on.
So thats it, i tried to stock flash the fike you guys gave me long ago but once again i cant access that phone with odin for anything but twrp. I can flash that recover fike that hokage gave me that has the built in odin and its a self extracting exe.
Im kindo baffled. Im foing to take it down to the image and try again buy id like your input on this.

My img didnt give you liquidsmooth ive neverr used it so idk where u r gettin that. Your supposed to use what i gave u to boit into download mode from sd card so you can odin your restore tar. Odin is only used tvo flash a recovery. I dont know what your trying to flash. Exe files r windows odin will not see your device unless your in dl mode recovery and dl mode are 2 very different things why are you posting the same thing in multiple threads asking for files on 3/31 i gave u files u asked for.

hilla, i know it wasnt your image that did that. i had stored liquid and gome gapps ans superuser and twrp on that sdcard and i grabbed the wrong card. i also had a backup from titanium backup on the card.
i dont know why we cant get on the same page here. your image is pure. why liquid ended up booting through all that i dont know but i know this, before you gave me that image my phone was dead. after i did as you instructed it booted great. why it picked up liquid i dont know but i dont care either.
liquid is the rom i would rather see developed over any of them.i really like it,,,however,,
the phone is working great hilla. i can do anything i want with it. it is running as a sph-l710 off the sdcard but the system recovery recognizes it as a triband. i personally think its not a big deal because its running off the sd card versus the phone. i just want to keep learning and figure out how to put it back normal. i was never blaming anyone other than myself for picking that card. certainly not you. hilla you have given me more good stuff than anyone other than hokage.
i haven't used odin for anything other than twrp on this phone. i never could do anything with odin on this triband. still cant.
please stop thinking that im blaming anyone. i can can easily see how it could be working from the sdcard.its the same system as a sph-l710. it doesn't have cell service but i lost that when the store sold it to me as a l710 when it was actually a triband. the minute i tried treating it as a l710 i lost all cell and sound service. i haven't checked the sound but i know i don't have cell service.
so from whatever we do from here ill format a sd card. would you please help me get started on making this work from the phone or will that never happen again?
I'm having the exact same issue as mobil11030, except I flashed OctOS-MM. I was also on OH1. If anybody can help me on how to get odin to flash NF4 tar file, I would greatly appreciate it. I tried with odin 3.10, 3.09, and 3.07, but they all keep failing the same way. Sorry if I'm being a noob about this (just got the this phone), I will keep reading and searching to find a solution. If someone with more experience with the s3 can point me in the right direction, that would be really helpful. Thanks for any help!
